This year, we introduce two customizable set options, allowing you to freely choose your preferred meat, broth, hot pot platter, and rice or noodle selection - everything tailored exactly the way you like it. The featured meats of the season include "US IBP Prime Beef Chuck Rib Eye" and "Hokkaido Pork Belly", both prized for their tender texture and exceptional flavour.
