As the seasons change, so do the flavors we crave. This season, Takano presents a new limited creation - "Soy Milk Niboshi Ramen", crafted to highlight gentle, delicate Japanese flavors.
The broth blends soy milk with traditional niboshi techniques, simmering dried fish, chicken, and pork bones to create a creamy, lightly savory soup with beautiful layers of flavor. Paired with pork belly chashu, smoked chicken chashu, and a deep-fried shrimp ball, every bite highlights the depth and craftsmanship of true Japanese ramen.
To complement the ramen, we’re also launching two seasonal side dishes. The "Flounder Fin Edge with Wasabi" offers a refreshing ocean aroma with light spiciness, making it an excellent appetizer. Meanwhile, the "Deep-fried Lobster Cream Patty" brings indulgence to the table with its golden, crunchy exterior and luxuriously smooth lobster cream filling.
