Taste Gourmet Group presents the return of its limited-time "Geoduck and Lobster Set" across its signature Chinese dining brands - Azure 80 and Moments Together. Showcasing premium geoduck and lobster at their seasonal peak, the menu is thoughtfully curated to deliver a refined and generous dining experience through meticulous culinary craftsmanship.
The set menu unfolds course by course, from appetizers and soup to main dishes, dim sum, and dessert. Three signature seafood creations take centre stage, including the "Chilled Hand-Pulled Chicken, Geoduck, Deep-fried Shredded Taro, Deep-fried Sweet Potato", offering a refreshing and crisp texture; the "Lily Bulb Chicken Soup, Geoduck", prized for its clear, comforting broth that highlights the natural sweetness of the ingredients; and the "Lobster in Superior Broth, Rice Cake, Winter Truffle, Mixed Bell Pepper", where a rich yet well-balanced broth enhances the springy lobster meat and the delicate chew of the rice cakes.
