We selected A5 Wagyu beef imported directly from Japan, prized for its fine marbling and exceptionally tender texture. The beef is freshly shaved daily to ensure optimal quality. Upon serving, our staff will pour piping hot broth tableside, gently cooking the delicate slices of Wagyu before your eyes. As the meat slowly turns tender, its rich aroma unfolds with the rising steam - creating a truly immersive experience for both the senses of sight and smell.

This series features two signature flavours, each with its own distinctive character:

  • A5 Wagyu Beef Spicy Pho - The broth is meticulously simmered with lemongrass, bird’s eye chili, and shrimp paste, delivering a bold yet well-balanced heat with layered complexity. Paired with silky, tender A5 wagyu, each bite is rich, satisfying, and perfect for spice lovers.
  • A5 Wagyu Beef Black Truffle Pho - Delicate black truffles are infused into a deeply rich beef bone broth, slow-simmered for eight hours with a blend of over ten herbs. The result is a smooth, refined soup with remarkable depth. Combined with melt-in-your-mouth A5 wagyu, this bowl embodies understated luxury in every sip.
