➢ Match2 Black Gold Braised Pork Rice: Prepared with Spanish Ibérico pork, traditional black sugar and a homemade master sauce, this rich braised pork rice is slow cooked to achieve its signature glossy "Black Gold" finish. Soft, sticky and deeply aromatic, the dish delivers lingering sweetness without being overly salty.
➢ Brown Sugar Mochi Taro Ball Toast Ice Cream: This photogenic dessert brings together two beloved Taiwanese night market favourites - brown sugar taro balls and mochi - with Western-style French toast.
