Directly from Japan|Rare Japanese A5 Kobe Red Wine Wagyu
The Group’s procurement team has successfully sourced the exceptionally rare "A5 Kobe Red Wine Wagyu", with an annual production of only around 50 cattle across Japan. Raised with red wine lees as part of its feed, the Wagyu is air-flozen directly from Japan to Hong Kong. It is distinguished by its tender texture and beautifully distributed fine marbling.

Simply swish the Wagyu briefly in the hot pot broth until it reaches your preferred doneness. As it gently cooks, the delicate marbling melts and releases its rich aroma, revealing the tender texture and distinctive flavour of premium Wagyu.
