Since debuting in Tottori, Japan, in 2022, Truffle Donut has expanded to over 27 locations nationwide. We believe donuts hold infinite possibilities and a cross-generational power to bring pure joy to everyone—from toddlers to grandparents. Through each crafted donut, we aim to spark a continuous chain of smiles across every town.
The secret lies in our uncompromising devotion to quality. We select Japanese Camellia wheat flour through our signature fermentation craft and a unique dough infused with pumpkin; we create an incredibly light, cloud-like texture. Paired with our artisanal creams, every bite offers a flawless harmony that celebrates the natural flavours of the ingredients.
