Tsukanto 2nd branch is officially open today at Metroplaza, Kwai Fong, continuing to bring the ultimate pork cutlet experience to everyone.
Each pork cutlet starts with specially selected premium meat quality from Hokkaido, Japan. The pigs raised in Hokkaido have excellent living environments with appropriate activity space, and are fed a nutrient-rich diet, so Hokkaido pork has a moderate fat content and is healthier than regular pork - it is not overly greasy. The Hokkaido pork has a delicate, crispy and juicy texture, which is a key factor in Tsukanto's pork cutlets.
