Taking center stage is the "Mini Seafood Paper Pot", served as a complimentary appetizer. With any LV3 or above all-you-can-eat yakiniku set, every two guests will receive one "Mini Seafood Paper Pot". Crafted from specially treated paper, the Japanese paper pot safely withstands high heat, creating a visually captivating cooking process that reflects authentic Japanese culinary aesthetics. The broth is delicately prepared with Katsuo soup, paired with premium seafood selections including whole abalone, tiger prawn, and Japanese jumbo scallop. Light yet naturally sweet, the soup gently awakens the palate and serves as a perfect prelude to the yakiniku feast that follows.
