Popular Japanese Cafe “QUE” Presents New Pistachio Series Desserts and Beverages Limited-Time Menu: Introducing Toyama Bay Specialty Sushi Tacos


 Starting on April 29th, QUE will launch a new pistachio series of desserts and beverages across all its branches. The four options include the rich and creamy "Pistachio Matcha Tofu Smoothie," the delicious and nutritious "Organic Pistachio Soy Milk," the indulgent and fluffy "Pistachio Oat Crisp Parfait," and the crispy and textured "Pistachio Napoleon." Each selection is made with carefully selected high-quality pistachios, exuding a unique and rich nutty aroma that is truly unforgettable.

*Pistachio Napoleon is available at Causeway Bay, Yuen Long, Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui branch (temporarily unavailable at the Tung Chung and Sha Tin branch)

Sushi tacos have long been hailed as the signature dishes of QUE. Taking advantage of the seasonal availability of Toyama Bay seafood, the restaurant has sourced fresh and high-quality Toyama Bay white shrimp, snow crab, and firefly squid to feature their whole new series - Toyama Bay Specialty Sushi Tacos. QUE proudly presents three limited-time new flavours, including the  “Toyama Bay Firefly Squid with Miso Sauce Sushi Taco”, “Toyama Bay White Shrimp and Salmon Roe Sushi Taco” and “Toyama Bay Snow Crab and Sea Urchin Sauce Sushi Taco”. The first flavour features snow crabs found in the deep-sea areas of Japan, known for their tender and flavorful meat, while the sea urchin sauce adds a rich and creamy touch. Also, the white shrimp from Toyama Bay, a.k.a. the "jewel of Toyama Bay," has a crystal-clear and translucent appearance with a delightful and sweet taste. Lastly, the "Firefly Squid with Miso Sauce Sushi Taco" showcases the famous firefly squid of Toyama, known for its plumpness and crispy texture. The new series is definitely a great try for both existing customers to experience unprecedented flavours and the new ones to enjoy the taste of Toyama. The promotion period starts from April 29th until July 31th.
