A limited-time spring menu and wishing campaign arrive together, blending floral notes, fragrant herbs and seasonal ingredients in an elegant Japanese-Western dining experience

This spring, QUE takes inspiration from “Floral & Herbal Bliss”, artfully incorporating edible flowers, fresh herbs and seasonal fruits into its creative Japanese-Western cuisine to present a limited-time menu filled with the charm of the season. From appetisers and creative sushi to main courses, desserts and signature beverages, each dish is thoughtfully crafted with delicate colours, layered aromas and refined flavours, evoking the graceful beauty of a blooming spring garden.

Menu highlights include the “Wild Tomato, Grape, Avocado & Burrata Salad with Mint Osmanthus Yogurt and Citrus Wafu Dressing”, “Sakura & Crab Stick Daifuku Sushi Roll” and “Cup of Spring”, which open the experience with refreshing fruit notes and Japanese-inspired elements. Main dishes such as the “Marinated Sea Bream Donburi with Salted Sakura & Shiso”, “Salmon & Asparagus Tagliatelle with Lemon Dill Cream Sauce” and “Shio Koji Miyazaki Chicken Roulade with Tea Tree Mushrooms, French Beans, Chamomile Teriyaki Sauce and Wasabi Mashed Potato” showcase a delicate interplay of floral notes, herbs and Japanese-Western culinary techniques, while desserts and beverages including the “Green Grape & Peach Parfait”, “Ginger & Yuzu Chrysanthemum Dew” and “Chrysanthemum Matcha Latte” bring the menu to a light and elegant close. Interweaving vibrant colours, floral fragrance, refreshing herbal notes and rich textural contrasts, the menu unfolds a refined five-senses experience inspired by spring.

The promotion runs from 23 March 2026 to 21 June 2026. During the promotion period, guests who dine in and spend HKD 600 or above, inclusive of a 10% service charge, and follow QUE’s official Facebook or Instagram account, will be entitled to one “Spring Wishes” opportunity per table. Guests simply need to collect a wishing card and share a spring blessing with our staff to redeem a corresponding gift based on the auspicious character revealed on the card, adding a touch of surprise and seasonal joy to the dining experience.
