This dish features fresh snow crab from Japan, known for its tender and juicy meat. The crab is placed atop finely minced Iberico pork, allowing the sweet essence of the crab to infuse into the pork meat during the steaming process, creating a sensory delight. The dish is then elevated with our homemade yellow pepper sauce, made from two types of Sichuan chili peppers and sesame seeds, stir-fried using traditional Sichuan techniques.
